Friday & Saturday Only (May to August)

• Clients are allowed 2 hours of rehearsal the night before the event. We do not host Rehearsal Dinners.
• ​ The barn accommodates up to 120 people but tent rental can change the maximum amount of guest
• ​ Bridal dressing room and Groom's den
• ​ Use of barn and field for ceremony and reception
• ​Use of property for engagement pictures
• ​Bar area, wine cooler, and freezer
• ​ All decorative lighting

Linen rental is available.
We do require an event insurance up to $1,000,000 coverage that usually cost around $126.00 + through www.theeventhelper.com. This is non-negotiable and a requirement to reserve your date. Trust me, it's for your peace of mind! ​ ​
