• Friday property access from noon-10 pm

• Saturday access from 9 am-11pm (music off at 10pm)

• A rehearsal time can be scheduled around the other rehearsals.

• ​ Accommodates up to 150-200 people

• ​ Bridal dressing room and Grooms den

• ​ Use of barn and field for ceremony and reception

• ​Use of property for engagement pictures 

• ​ Alcohol is permitted with insurance rider from the renting party and must provide 2-3 bartenders/200 guest

• ​Bar area, wine cooler, and freezer

• ​ All decorative lighting

• ​ All tables, crossback chairs, set up of tables and linens

• ​White resin lawn chairs provided for outdoor ceremony area

• ​ Wedding arch for ceremony

• ​Outside seating area provided with a relaxing and cozy atmosphere

• ​Parking area including  handicap parking with attendants

• ​Freedom to use your own vendors

​• ​Back up generator provided in case of power outages

• ​Men's/Women's handicap accessible  bathrooms

• ​Clean up of the facility after the wedding

•  Trash bags and bins provided and emptied during the wedding

 

In House Extras

•  A wedding decorator can be hired for an additional fee. Full access to estate wedding decor with this package.

 

We do require an event insurance up to $1,000,000 coverage that usually cost around $126.00 + through www.theeventhelper.com. This is non-negotiable and a requirement to reserve your date. Trust me, it's for your peace of mind!
