• Property access starting at 9 am on Friday and Sunday only

• ​Music off at 9pm

• ​Everyone vacated by 10pm

• A rehearsal time can be scheduled around the other rehearsals.

• ​ For 75 people or less

• ​ Use of barn and field for ceremony and reception

• ​Use of property for engagement pictures 

• ​Bar area, wine cooler, and freezer

• ​ All decorative lighting

• ​ All tables, natural wood and white resin chiavari chairs, set up of tables and linens

• ​Benches provided for outdoor ceremony area

• ​ Wedding arch for ceremony

• ​Outside seating area provided with a relaxing and cozy atmosphere

• ​Parking area including  handicap parking

• ​Freedom to use your own vendors

​• ​Back up generator provided in case of power outages

• ​Men's/Women's handicap accessible  bathrooms

• ​Clean up of the facility after the wedding

•  Trash bags and bins provided and emptied during the wedding

 

We do require an event insurance up to $1,000,000 coverage that usually cost around $126.00 + through www.theeventhelper.com. This is non-negotiable and a requirement to reserve your date. Trust me, it's for your peace of mind!
